Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service

I loved the hotel and plan to return next year. The service and staff were amazing. The hotel, spa, beachfront, and location all was so nice. It had everything I wanted. I'm grateful to the team for making my stay perfect.
I had an issue with extending my all-inclusive allowance on the last day. My allowance finished at noon, though I was at the hotel until 7:00 PM. I felt I paid for 5 days but received only 4 days of all-inclusive access.

The beautiful sea view room was excellent and spacious with comfortable large beds. The room included a balcony, offering fine views. Coffee pods were replaced twice a day for the coffee maker.

A new infinity pool has been installed with relaxing gardens to walk in. The pool was kinda heated. On-site facilities were excellent. The setting is beautiful within lush vegetation right by the beach.
